Chief Executive Officer
Kashif Saleem started Saleem Technologies in 2006 after recognising a need for material tracking software, as well as the hardware that goes with it, by mining companies.
Despite the onset of the GFC at the time, he managed to expand Saleem Technologies from a sole trader to a business with 17 staff and greatly increased revenue in the first three years.
Mr Saleem is passionate about invention and innovation, providing real solutions for problems. His unique system of software uses GPS and RFID tracking as well as 3D models to track and control material movement and report on the progress of a project.
He set up the business with the belief that most businesses have massive, unrealised potential to improve their triple bottom line of people, planet, and profit. Saleem Technologies is a supporter of many local and worldwide charities including Breast Cancer WA, Cancer Council WA, UNICEF and Save the Children.
Mr Saleem studied a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Karachi in Pakistan and also holds a Bachelor of Business Information System from ECU and an Advanced Diploma in Business Adminstration from West Coast Institute of Management and Technology.
